Terms of Service

The short version: FootInsights publishes football statistics and match predictions for information only. Premium renews until you cancel, and it is sold and billed by our payment partner, Link.

1. The service

FootInsights (footinsights.com) publishes football statistics, match probabilities and pre-match predictions made by our own statistical model, alongside form, standings and bookmaker odds shown as reference data. Every past prediction stays on the public track record. The site is operated as described on our legal information page.

Information only, not betting advice. Every prediction is a statistical estimate with known limits. No outcome is certain, past results do not predict future ones, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to place a bet. We take no bets, hold no money for you and run no prizes or contests. You alone decide what you do with the information.

2. Who can use it

The site is intended for people aged 18 or over, and accounts and Premium are only for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account or buying Premium you confirm that you are. Do not use the site where reading football predictions is against the law where you are.

3. Accounts

An account is free. Use it only for yourself, keep your sign-in details private and don't try to access anyone else's account. We may suspend an account used to abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; a Premium subscription that still renews has to be cancelled first.

4. FootInsights Premium

  • What it is. A subscription that opens every prediction on the site before kick-off. It is a digital service, delivered on the site as soon as the payment goes through.
  • Who sells it. Premium is sold through Link, LLC, the merchant of record of our payment provider, Stripe ("Sold through Link"). Link takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies, sends your receipts and handles payment support.
  • Plans and renewal. Plans last 1, 3 or 6 months and renew automatically for the same length at the end of each period, until you cancel. You are told the price, the period and the renewal before you pay.
  • Price and currency. The price is shown at checkout in your currency, with taxes included where they apply. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we tell you before it applies to a renewal.
  • Where it is available. Premium is not available in every country. If it is not available where you are, checkout will say so and no payment is taken.

5. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel any time from your account page. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged after it.
  • 3-day money-back guarantee. Full access from the first payment. If Premium is not for you, write to support@footinsights.com within 3 days of that payment and we refund it in full.
  • 14-day right of withdrawal. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason: write to support@footinsights.com and that payment is refunded in full. We do not ask you to give this right up.
  • Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

6. Acceptable use

Premium is for your own use. Don't share your account, resell or republish Premium predictions, or copy the site with scrapers or other automated tools. We may end access, without refund for the period in progress, for an account that does.

7. Our content and data

The predictions dataset is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0 with attribution. Other site content may be quoted with a link back; wholesale republication is not permitted. Team crests and league logos remain the property of their owners and are used for identification. External links are provided in good faith; we are not responsible for their content.

8. No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep the data accurate and publish our full record, misses included, but we cannot guarantee completeness or that the site is always available. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or of any prediction, including betting losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits a right you have by law as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below changes when we do, and a change that affects Premium is announced before it applies to your next renewal.

10. Law and contact
