What to write about
- Corrections. A wrong score, a misattributed team, a number that doesn't add up — tell us and we'll fix the data at the source. The track record itself is append-only and is never edited, but display bugs and ingestion errors absolutely get fixed.
- The open dataset. Questions about the CC BY 4.0 predictions dataset, its columns, or citing it in your own work.
- Partnerships & press. Data attributions, research collaborations, or writing about the project.
- Feedback. What's confusing, what's missing, what you'd like the pages to show.
Billing and subscriptions
For your plan, a payment, a refund or access to the tips, write to support@footinsights.com. Premium is sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record, which sends the receipts. How cancellation and refunds work is in the Terms of Service.
What we can't help with
We don't give betting advice, staking plans or "sure tips" — that's not a support limitation, it's the whole point of the project. Our predictions are statistical estimates with a public, auditable record, and nothing we could say by email would be more honest than that record.
Response time
We usually reply within a week. Billing questions and corrections come first.
